Well established and successful private veterinary clinic in Northern Wisconsin is looking for an associate veterinarian to join our team. Animal Health Care Center has been a staple in the Rhinelander community since 1994. We are a privately owned clinic with a very low employee turn-over. There are 4 technicians that have been with AHCC for over 18 years! In an environment that finds many businesses short-staffed, we are extremely proud to have a reliable staff to support our veterinarians.
The right candidate should have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, that is comfortable and willing to work in a busy, fast paced environment. We are also willing to mentor and develop new veterinarians, so new grads are encouraged to apply. No after hours emergency work required. Special interests are also welcomed and encouraged. We do see some exotics (rabbits, rats, lizards, etc), with room to grow this aspect of the practice with an interested applicant.
Our practice is equipped with an Impromed operating system, full in-house IDEXX lab equipment, digital X-rays, ultrasound, and therapy laser. We also perform a full spectrum of soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries as well as dental procedures.

- Full-time position is based on a 4 day work week and 1 Saturday a month (8am-12pm)
