We are a busy two-doctor practice that focuses on delivering care to lower income pet owners in the Irving area, especially Spanish-speaking pet owners. Our experienced front desk team delivers excellent customer service and our technician team delivers quality patient care. Respectfulness is a core value that defines everything from our communication with clients to our work atmosphere. We have a no tolerance policy for staff abuse, whether that comes from clients or other staff members. Personal responsibility is also exceptionally important, as we encourage our staff members to take responsibility for their tasks and prefer to avoid micromanagement. This leads to a more productive work environment where team members can focus on delivering the best service and care and can rely on each other.
The ideal practice manager will be an organized, responsible and positive individual that can head our team and protect the positive, structured work environment that lets our staff thrive. Every team needs direction, guidance and encouragement, and the ideal practice manager will be able to provide that in a direct, respectful way that upholds our core values.
