Surrounded by wineries, mountains to the East and ocean to the West within a few hours drive, Ceres is a growing community with a heartfelt commitment to retaining its small neighborhood personality.

We offer up to $50,000 SIGN-ON / RELOCATION BONUS competitive salary medical benefits (including health dental and vision) 401(k) employee assistance program (EAP) CE allowance vacation dues reimbursement liability coverage mentorship and so much more. The base salary with production for this position can range between $140,000 - $200,000+ annually with production for a 40-hour work week (4 tens) and will be determined based on previous experience, skill set, and practice type. Total compensation may also include a sign-on or retention bonus.
