The Equine Clinic at Oakencroft is a 7 fulltime veterinarian and 1 intern veterinarian practice that treats all patients from homecare geriatrics to high level performance horses of various disciplines.  We are primarily ambulatory with a small hospital facility. Externship positions are available throughout the year to veterinary students looking to gain experience in equine practice.  We greatly enjoy assisting in the education of our future colleagues.  Externs spend their time working with our staff veterinarians learning the daily life of a vet and assisting with after hours emergency work and hospital case management.
