MVAE is a privately owned, 24-hour emergency, small animal hospital located in Hagerstown, Maryland.  In April 2021, we moved into our brand new, 16,000 sq ft facility and will be adding specialty referral services in the future.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD)
• Maryland State License, in good standing, and/or ability to transfer license from another state
• Empathy, compassion, a strong desire to help owners, patients and the veterinary community

The Area: Hagerstown is a charming city located in Washington County, Maryland. It is home to many quaint restaurants, the C&O canal, local breweries, numerous parks and trails, and approximately 70 miles from the large cities of Baltimore and Washington D.C. The outdoor enthusiast would enjoy being minutes from the Potomac River, Appalachian Trail, and our variety of seasonal weather. Our hospital is also located within 3 miles of the Pennsylvania state line and 12 miles to the West Virginia state line.

About Mountain View Animal Emergency

Mountain View Animal Emergency is a privately owned, 24-hour emergency, small animal hospital located in Hagerstown, Maryland. In April 2021, we moved into our brand new, state-of-the-art 16,000 sqft facility. Our new hospital includes 18 exams rooms, integrated Cornerstone/Smartflow software, 4 surgical suites, a dedicated Intensive Care Unit, as well as private rooms for CT, Ultrasound, and Xray. We are a fun and collaborative team of individuals who enjoy providing the highest quality of medicine, outstanding client service, and support within the local community. Our current services include a 24/7/365 Emergency with the hope to expand into specialty services including Surgery, Internal Medicine, etc.
