Cascade Heights Veterinary Center is a privately owned, family-oriented practice that focuses on the human animal bond and values the relationships we form with our clients. We are seeking an associate who enjoys surgery and has strong communication skills who shares our values and can bring their positive outlook, individual skills, and clinical interests to enhance our culture and help us grow. The position is somewhat flexible and can be adjusted for either full-time or part-time hours but will require at least 2 days a week of surgery.
Our doctors are supported by a skilled team that includes 4 LVTs. Our close-knit team works hard to maintain a positive culture and to fully utilize our team members’ talents. We are working to reimagine the roles of veterinary team members for the benefit of our patients, clients, and employees. We encourage personal development for everyone from kennel assistant through veterinarian. In addition to mentoring our associates’ medical and surgical skills, we offer interested associates opportunities to further develop their leadership and business management skills. Mentorship and support are available for associates who wish to become practice owners in the future.
A Washington state DVM license & a strong interest in surgery are required for the position.
