Very busy full-service, mixed animal practice in the desert Southwest looking for an energetic and innovative individual to join our team. This clinic is a labor of love--founded as a one doctor practice over 45 years ago, we now have 4 FT DVMs and a large support staff--the clinic has evolved (and yes, exploded) to function as one of the only true remaining general practices in the area who serves the WHOLE family day in and day out. Routine, emergency, and some specialty services available. Many of our clients have been with us for decades and are certainly a part of this crazy, beautiful extended family! Our current PM will be departing at the end of 2024 due to personal and family health issues.

An ideal practice manager would serve to coordinate client relations with the actual practice of veterinary medicine. We are looking for an individual who can supervise front desk activities, communicate and coordinate with doctors, staff, and clients, ensure a smooth and efficient flow of patients in and out of the clinic, manage staff scheduling and hiring, help with monthly invoicing and collections (Cornerstone), and aid in our marketing and social media presence. An experienced management team is already in place to help aid in this transition. We pride ourselves on the practice of top-notch medicine while still providing individualized care and maintaining clear communications and strong relationships between both our staff members and our clientele. We also have a strong internal focus towards continuing education for all staff members and maintaining a positive attitude and culture.
