We seek an experienced veterinarian to join our privately owned, 3-DVM practice. We offer a unique working environment combining high-quality medicine and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Our clinic ensures that our veterinarians are well-supported by a team eager to excel in their roles with two support employees for each veterinarian. We’re here because we love animals and want to give them the best care possible. We’re not into the numbers and dollars but into supporting the health and vitality of each pet.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Perform dental procedures and minor surgeries.
• Engage empathetically with clients, providing education and support.
• Maintain high medical standards and clinic protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with our dedicated support staff.

Qualifications

• Experienced DVM from an accredited institution.
• Valid Washington DVM license.
• A commitment to high-quality medicine and superior client service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility and a compassionate approach towards pets, owners, and staff.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation up to $150K, with a $25K signing bonus.

We offer wellness, preventive care, surgical care, dentistry, and management of chronic conditions. Our new facility has lots of bells and whistles including equipment like dental x-ray and ultrasound. Our veterinarians have the support of 3-4 team members so they can spend their time treating and diagnosing. Our team is truly dedicated to delivering top-notch care and the best client experience.
