CAVA is excited to announce that we are looking for a confident, compassionate, and experienced veterinarian to join our well established Fear Free Certified Practice in a full time capacity. Located in Middletown, Delaware, the surrounding area is suburban and rapidly developing while maintaining a small-town feel. Schools in the area are part of the highly rated Appoquinimink School District. Clientele are friendly and engaged and we pride ourselves with being strongly connected to the local community. Middletown has great proximity to a variety of urban, state park, and beach resort areas.
We attract clientele from a wide geographic radius as a result of our focus on client education and individualized care for each pet. Our goal is to provide care extending through all life stages while incorporating the client as part of the care team. Medical services include wellness and preventative care as well as non-emergent illnesses or injury. We offer both medical and soft tissue surgical services for dogs, cats and select exotic companions. Prior experience with exotics is welcomed but not required. We have a dedicated support staff who work closely and in harmony with the doctors as well as their teammates to provide consistent and compassionate care to our clientele and a positive work environment. Several local urgent care, 24-hour emergency, and referral centers allow us to avoid after hour call and holiday hours.
Our office is modern and well equipped with on-site digital radiology, digital dental radiology, comprehensive diagnostic in house laboratory equipment, class IV therapy laser, Bovie surgery unit, multi model anesthetic monitoring, and electronic medical records.
