Hagyard Field Care Internship- January 2022 Start
A Field Care Internship is offered at Hagyard Equine Medical Institute from January 1, 2022 until December 31,2022 . The internship is very intense and extremely diverse due to the large volume of horses treated by a practice of over 40 veterinarians and the enormous referral base that Hagyard enjoys. The Internship represents an exceptional learning opportunity for those who wish to sharpen their diagnostic, therapeutic, reproductive management, and decision-making skills that are crucial to well-rounded equine veterinarians. Interns will learn to communicate with and manage clients through a hands-on approach. Rotation will occur in the summer and fall, including time at medicine and surgery.
