What we offer
Your financial, physical, and emotional well-being is very important to us. That’s why we offer:
- Flexibility, working 3-to-4 days per week and weekends on a rotating basis, and no emergency duty after hours.
- Time for lunch is built into your schedule, and you’ll get enough time to complete your admin work. This also means you’ll be able to leave on time, most of the time.
- A guaranteed base salary that starts at $130,000 per year and commissions of 20% on services and inventory sales, and no negative accrual.
- You’ll also receive a $10,000 signing bonus, and if you’re relocating to join us, up to an additional $5,000 relocation reimbursement.
- Untracked paid time off, all we ask is that you make production.
