Sure, we care about the wellbeing of pets, but we also value the wellbeing of our team. That is why we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Doctors and staff work four days and even enjoy a weekday off! Doctors are scheduled for 36 hours per week with client contact. We offer great pay and benefits. Newsweek lists AMI as one of the 25 most popular beach towns in America.” In the past few years Siesta Key (18 miles to the SW) and Clearwater Beach 46 miles to the NW) have each been named as America’s best beach by Dr. Beach. Bradenton sits right between the two best beaches! At Bradenton Veterinary Hospital, we give you the tools, support team, and a hospital philosophy that will let you be the best you can be. Founded in 1947, we are one of the oldest veterinary hospitals in the region but with our new 7,500 sq. ft. building, we are also one of the newest. We continue to evolve as a client-centered, state-of-the-art veterinary practice with the equipment to grow your skills and expertise. We have digital radiology (DR), digital dental radiology, ultrasound, laser therapy, radio surgery, cryosurgery, video otoscope, rhinoscope, high speed dental equipment, gas anesthesia, chemistry and CBC analyzers, tonometry pen, IV fluid pumps, syringe pump, anesthesia monitors, pulse oximeters, EKG monitors, end tidal CO2, patient warming systems, blood pressure monitors, and Avimark computerized and integrated records. We have doctors with special interests in dentistry and advanced soft tissue surgery and orthopedic surgery.

We want our staff to be a happy, well-adjusted, finely tuned team, and we strive to make that happen. But in the end, we do it all so we can deliver the best possible care with the best case-success-rate to the pets of the Suncoast. In the end, it's all about the pet. We believe in making pets as comfortable as possible while in our care. Pets should not be afraid to come here, so we became a certified “Cat Friendly Practice." We have separate cat and dog waiting areas, separate exam rooms, separate wards for dogs and cats and separate dental and surgery suites! We also welcome small mammals, birds and exotic pets.

The Bradenton area, situated on Florida’s Suncoast, offers world-class powdery, white sand beaches, nature preserves, four state parks, the DeSoto National Memorial, Manatee Players Theater, the South Florida Museum, Art Center Manatee, two public universities, a private university, a private college of art and design, two technical colleges and the world-famous IMG Academy. Bradenton is the winter home, only four blocks from our practice, of the Pittsburgh Pirates and their Class A affiliate, the Bradenton Marauders. Bradenton is only 10 miles from Sarasota. Bradenton Veterinary Hospital is over 75 years old and is also brand new. Dr. Laurel Logas purchased the practice in August 2011. We moved into a new 7,000 sq. ft. facility in 2016 that houses our fast-paced, four doctor hospital with a practice of excellence philosophy. We are expanding to five doctors.
