Monroe Family Pet Hospital, a busy and rapidly expanding four-doctor practice,and is actively seeking a small animal externs to join our dynamic team for 1, 2 or 4 week externships in our thriving 4-DVM , quality, progressive, family oriented, Fear-Free  practice in Monroe, Ohio!

Situated just 35 miles north of Cincinnati and 26 miles south of Dayton in Monroe, Ohio, this location provides close proximity to fishing, biking, and all the outdoor activities Ohio has to offer.

Monroe Family Pet Hospital stands as a flourishing, high-quality, and cutting-edge veterinary hospital housed in a state-of-the-art facility that includes:

• Multiple spacious, well-equipped exam rooms
• Cutting-edge Equipment: Full in-house Idexx laboratory, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, quality surgical and dental suites, blood pressure monitoring, EKG, therapy laser, ultrasound, Cellfie (real-time/in-house pathology), HT Vista laser.
• Advanced Therapies: Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Stem Cell Therapy.
• Experienced Support Staff: A dedicated team of 5 Receptionists, 6 RVTs, and 7 Vet Assistants for day-to-day assistance.

About Monroe Family Pet Hospital: We are located north east of Cincinnati and south of Dayton, Ohio. We are a 4 doctor small animal practice. Our newer 8000 square foot facility has 8 exam rooms, a comfort room for euthanasias, two table dental suite with dental digital x-ray, two table surgery room with new anesthesia machines, new monitoring equipment, new digital x-ray, Idexx in house blood equipment and reference lab pick up twice daily. Our staff consists of 6 RVT's, 7 vet assistants, 5 customer service representatives, and a Practice Manager. We offer Wellness and Sick appointments. Morning Drop off Appointments are also offered.
