Spur Ridge Vet Hospital is currently exploring personalities in hopes of locating an upbeat and driven mixed animal or small-animal-focused associate veterinarian. We are seeking candidates who possess a positive attitude and who enjoy interacting with people. Marion is located on the edge of the Flint Hills in Kansas. The practice is a true mix, and each species is driven by a different marketing/production plan with all segments growing. With a healthy blend of companion animal, beef cow, seedstock, feedlot, and performance equine, there is plenty of variety to do-it-all or to have a more narrow focus. Our small animal clients are dedicated friends, our cattle clients are professionals, and most of our equine work is with horses that have a job. Our primary focus is to provide excellent customer service, and to do that while offering the best level of medicine we are able. Growth is a focus of ours, and we have maintained an impressive growth curve over the last 10 years. We are moving from 3 veterinarians to 4, and you would have a good variety of mentorship available to you at any time.

We have all the standard equipment you want including some not offered at other clinics like digital dental rads, tilt chute, cordless repro ultrasounds, dedicated small animal ultrasound, ISTAT, Coag analyzer, equine power dentistry and more.
This community is an ideal place to live and raise a family with excellent school facilities and we are located a short 30-45 minutes from 5 major cities in Kansas.
