We are a busy, single-doctor mixed animal practice with a very loyal client base and a remarkably experienced team of support staff that loves the family environment that our clinic provides. Our team includes a veterinarian with 15 years of experience, who is eager to assist with cases and numerous staff with combined experience of over 30 years. We are looking to add a full-time energetic and progressive associate with a special interest in outstanding service to our clinic family.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm. We are closed for lunch between 12:00-1:00pm. Scheduled surgeries start at 8:00am and appointments/walk-ins are scheduled to start from 8:30am through 5:30pm, until close. We provide after-hours emergency options for current large animal clients and refer all small animal emergencies to an emergency facility in Lubbock. While we prioritize work-life balance and encourage a rotational schedule to fulfill the emergency workload, availability to current clients is the focus.

The right candidate is someone comfortable with equine and food-animal medicine/surgery, as well as small animal general practice. We assist with foaling out mares during breeding season and have an extensive equine breeding program. We perform routine surgeries and dentals for small and large animal patients, as well as non-routine surgeries and/or procedures, exams, or vaccinations for small or large animals. We provide in-house hospitalization for medicine cases and are equipped to house intensive care patients in both the large and small animal arenas.

Also, exceptional client experience is an important aspect of our daily operation as we see a high volume of clients throughout the day. We value the relationship we maintain with those clients; therefore, this is an important character trait we are seeking in an associate.
