We encourage conference/CE attendance. You will find our hospital supportive of all of your professional endeavors. Appointments are booked in at least 30 minute time increments. We generally try to book wellness exams towards the end of the day. Most soft tissue surgeries are done 3 days a week. We have a board certified orthopedic specialist who comes in and does TPLOs/other by appointment only. We have an experienced veterinary assistants and RVT to provide the support you need. Ultrasounds are provided by a specialist. Computers are in every room, we have tablets, full in-house Idexx lab suite, digital x-ray and so much more. Each compensation plan is tailored to the needs of the individual associate. 100% production, proposal, pure salary, benefits, everything is customizable based on the associate.
