Your Role as an Associate Veterinarian
You’ll play a key role in delivering preventive, diagnostic, and comprehensive care to companion animals, while also serving as a trusted advisor and compassionate resource for their families.
Focus Areas:
- Lead medical and surgical cases with full diagnostic support (digital radiology, ultrasound, in-house labs, dental suite, and more)
- Collaborate with an experienced team of doctors and licensed support staff within a culture that prioritizes both quality medicine and work-life balance
- New and recent graduates: Develop confidence in clinical and surgical skills with direct mentorship allowing you to grow at a pace tailored to you
We are seeking someone who is passionate about pet wellness, collaborative in approach, and enthusiastic about contributing to a supportive team culture.
Mentorship & Student Programs
Our Student Job Program offers hands-on experience for 2nd-year students and up, supervised by licensed veterinarians. This program helps students apply classroom knowledge to real-world practice, developing diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
Through our Mentorship Program, new graduates are matched with experienced DVMs based on their interests and goals, providing support that ensures a confident and successful transition into clinical practice.

What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an AVMA-accredited institution
- Active California State Veterinary License (or eligibility to obtain)

- Maintain current Continuing Education requirements for the state of California
