The Montgomery County SPCA is looking for a full time veterinarian. Core job responsibilities include managing the in-house animal health at our three locations in Montgomery County, PA, spay/neuter of all unaltered animals after adoption, post-adoption treatment for a short time for un-diagnosed, unknown ailments at time of adoption. Veterinarian will prepare treatment schedules for animals and direct staff in proper treatment protocols. They will prepare medical reports for animals and will use accepted standards and measures to evaluate animals for temperament and adoptability as needed.
